Hackney

A mixed use development in the heart of Hackney. The existing disused Victorian factory building was completely refurbished and reconfigured to provide eight self-contained artist’s studio spaces. Three loft apartments were constructed on the roof using sustainable materials, each benefitting from private terraces and dual perspective outlooks. Completed 2020.
